Since inception, HCA completed a number of successful real estate transactions in the UK, Germany and Russia with a total volume of over EUR120mm.

In 2007, HCA was exclusively contracted by aAIM - a UK based investment firm backed by Bank of Scotland - to assist in the development of their German presence. We completed a EUR40mm acquisition of a shopping center and created a EUR640mm pipeline of commercial deals.

HCA utilizes its truly global network to advise clients wishing to raise capital for their private equity/hedge funds, real estate transactions or corporate ventures. We have had a number of successful mandates in the US , India and the UK. In 2008 HCA secured USD32mm in private commitments and participated in a series of advisory deals ranging from corporate introductions to preparation of due diligence and investment materials and transaction financing.

As of 2009, HCA has been mandated by one of the leading asset management groups in the UK to assist in capital raising across a variety of their PE funds in India and Africa. We maintain an ongoing partnership with the group whose assets have since grown over USD3bn. We raised nearly USD40mm in 2011-12 and introduced the group to a significant pipeline of future investors.

In 2012, we were engaged by Aventa Capital Partners - a unique environmental infrastructure fund with a strong bias towards Sub-Saharan African investments. Aventa is also a strategic developer of the Heads of the Valley racecourse development, which is praised to be the largest racetrack in Europe.

Although the primary focus of HCA remains real estate transactions and capital sourcing we also regularly assist clients in various other sectors including media, art, e-commerce, finance and agro-alimentary businesses.

We continue to assist clients in their business development endeavors, creating business plans, expansion strategies, market analysis and more. Our clients in the recent years include but are not limited to Atelier Bonbons Ltd, Bodegas Alma Gil, Kreal SC, Grupo Calidad Online, Culture Club Marbella etc. We actively engage with new partners across the globe, mainly the UK, Spain, Portugal and Russia.
